Yes. Once your order is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
We currently provide delivery within Malaysia only.
All orders are processed within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation.
If your order is placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped:
• West Malaysia (Peninsular): 2–5 working days
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 working days

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order has been shipped.
No. Changes to the delivery address are not allowed after payment has been made. Please ensure your address details are correct before completing your purchase.
The courier company will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
If they are unable to reach you after the third attempt:
• The order will be deemed cancelled.
• The customer will bear all costs incurred during the delivery process (including delivery charges and related fees).
Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).
West Malaysia (Peninsular)
• RM5.80 for the first 3kg
• RM1.00 for every additional kg thereafter
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
• RM14.00 for the first 1kg
• RM10.00 for every additional kg thereafter
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
EP Plus Health offers a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any return or exchange requests after 5 days from receipt of purchase.
Return and exchange will only be arranged under the following conditions:
• The product is damaged or defective
• The product received is different from what was ordered
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• All tags must remain attached
• The product must remain in its original packaging
• Shrink-wrapped products must be unopened
EP Plus Health reserves the right to refuse any exchange request if these conditions are not met.
