SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Policy
We only provide delivery across Malaysia.
We deliver on Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-7 working days. If the order and payment was made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the order will be processed on the subsequent Monday or Tuesday.
Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order.
Please expect 2-5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order once the shipment is out for delivery. Working days do not include public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. We will contact you via email or telephone if a significant delay in the shipment of your order is expected.
Any changes on delivery address is not allowed after payment is made.
There will be 3 attempts of delivery made for every order. If the courier company still unable to reach customer after the third attempt, the order will be deemed cancel and customer shall bear all the cost incurred during the delivery process (delivery cost & etc).

• West Malaysia (Peninsular) – RM5.80 for first 3KG, additional RM1 for every additional KG after
• East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) – RM14 for the first KG, additional RM10 for every additional KG after
Weight is taken based on actual weight or volumetric weight*, whichever is higher
*Volumetric weight = Length(cm) x Width(cm) x Height(cm) / 5000
