Directions of Use for Adults

• Take 1 sachet (2g powder) once per day after meal. 
• Consume directly from the sachet. 
  
• You may also take Skal Pro with a glass of water if preferred or as directed
  by doctor or pharmacist.
• Do not take Skal Pro Powder with hot water, iced or alcoholic drinks or food.

If You Forget To Take Skal Pro Powder

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember.
• If it is almost time for your next dose, wait until then to take the product and skip the missed dose.
• Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.

• Store in dry place below 30°C.
