Which smartphone models are supported?
The SMART ASTHMA app works on all smartphone models with operating system versions of iOS 10 or Android 5.0 and later. The Bluetooth connection might be problematic for some Huawei smartphone models dating back to before 2018. To make sure, check with Huawei.
Which iOS or Android versions are supported?
For iOS: iOS 10.0 or later versions. For Android: Android versions 5.0 or later. (Lollipop, Marshmallow, Nougat, Oreo, Pie)
Is SMART PEAK FLOW a medical device?
Yes, the SMART PEAK FLOW is certified as a Class IIa Medical Device developed in accordance with the ISO13485 quality management system in United Kingdom. Furthermore, SMART PEAK FLOW is registered as a Class B Medical Device in Malaysia.
How can I keep my SMART PEAK FLOW device clean?
We recommend cleaning the mouthpiece and the SMART PEAK FLOW device regularly to maintain the product as it works best when clean. Check the mouthpiece and device turbine after each use to ensure they are clean and clear of foreign objects or substances. You can clean both the mouthpiece and device turbine in a bath of lukewarm water. Make sure both are dry before using it again. We also recommend keeping your SMART PEAK FLOW device and mouthpiece in the carry bag provided when not in use. For more information on cleaning, please refer to the section CLEANING AND DISINFECTION in the User Manual.
